One star is too much. Since Luxotica took over Ray ban, the service has gone to the dogs.I bought two pairs of Ray Ban sunglasses, both valued at R3500 each and I had a problem with the pair with brown lenses that were giving me eye strain and headaches and asked them to exchange the lenses. Firstly, the service staff were arrogant and inattentive They then told me that they would test the glasses which consisted of one of the service staff supposedly wearing them and then reporting no fault and refused to help me. An attempt to get help from someone in higher authority was also blocked. This entire exercise cost me over R500 in phone calls, fuel to drive there and a huge amount of time with no resolution. The fault lies with Luxotica who are making an inferior product since Bausch and Lomb pulled out and they refuse to acknowledge this. Very annoying as I collect Ray Bans and have about 20 pairs msouthwood@gmail.com
