So we are very disappointed with the service from Luxottica. We have been dealing with the below team leader but response is extremely slow and no phone calls get returned, that’s if you are able to get through with the high call volumes. Ilhaam Lapperts CIC Team Leader Case number #412,333
We have had this experience befor with Oakley lenses where the film starts to bubble and eventually flake off - I act have to other sets of lenses that done this as well with the Oakley product.
Unfortunately this is the only way I am going to have there lenses replaced as I get no service when going into a sunglasses hut ect in my area.
I am told by Luxottica that everything will be ready for me at the store and I won’t have the run around like i did befor but I went again today and the two staff members new nothing of what I was asking, which means nothing was done again.
I am hoping that someone from Luxottica will call me to sort these faulty lenses out. We spend a lot of money on these kinds of products but if the don’t last why support the brand ?
