Scammed

I have ordered my hair a week ago, they promised to deliver the hair in two working days. I have not received my hair till today, when I phone them they don't pick up my calls, they also ignore my texts, I feel I have been scammed. Please help me to get my money R1050 from them or they must deliver my hair.
