Scam
It has become a norm in the beauty business for people to get scammed through pictures, this black friday we placed an order worth R6000 at @LuxuryHairCouture after patiently waiting, our order arrived and please see for yourselves the hair we just received!!!! No it's not the first time we had done business with them as one of us had bought hair from them before and the hair has no problems whatsoever, hence we trusted them now and placed this order. Note: there's caption under each picture to label what we ordered Heee bethuna please share for awareness against @LuxuryHairCouture

Wrong adverti*****t of hair
Thieves! Thieves! They are misleading the customers, they advertise hair from other online shop selling hair. I bought hair that was on sale, I was shocked when I got the hair which is not the same hair that was advertised and worse is a synthetic hair which looks like a soft dread and they insisting on customizing which I have to pay R150 imagine on top of what I paid!!!

They are scammers.i bought hair online and they claimed it would be delivered in 24 to 48 hours.One week later they still have not dispatched and don't want to say when they will deliver.They ignore calls soon after payment

Scammed
I have ordered my hair a week ago, they promised to deliver the hair in two working days. I have not received my hair till today, when I phone them they don't pick up my calls, they also ignore my texts, I feel I have been scammed. Please help me to get my money R1050 from them or they must deliver my hair.

Horrible service..DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS
Hello.. on the 25th of October I transferred R1050 to Luxury Hair Couture for a bob and a pixie cut special.. I was told the delivery will take 2days.. to this very day I haven't received my hair, they ignore my texts and every time I call I'm told we will send your hair today, tomorrow. they can keep their hair I want my money.. please assist me
