The manager at Scottsville mall made an inappropriate comment about my breasts when I was signing on and I never went there alone. Thereafter I cancelled the account. They are still DEBITTING me have up until now not cancelled the account despite numerous emails and calls.
Foschini took money from my account for goods that were not available and still hasn’t refunded my money. They have the gall to take the money our days after communicating that a refund is being processed and close the case while my refund is still not processed. Never shopping on Bash again
Poor service. My parcel was meant to be delivered today but wasn’t only to hear the driver left early and said he couldn’t get hold of me. No effort was made to contact me …..
The social manager does not respond to requests so why have an open direct messaging option without people who will respond. I have bought items online and have received them with security tags and shops will tell me to go to the pakistan shop as they dont have the machine that removes that specific tag. I buy online and must wait in queue or minutes to be served for collection. You have lost a customer with me due to the appalling overall service.
Trying to reach them on all comm chanels there is no response. The number just goes to busy. Service unavailable with no acknowledgement of comms. Worst service which i will never use again. PATHETIC
Simangele Mabhena is very rude. My parcel was not delivered today due to mis sorting on your end. No apology no remorse from her. i cleared my day to be here so why should i be inconvenienced into making arrangements again due to your negligence. Very poor service and i will make sure Forever new gets my feedback of how their courier partners treat us.
Worst scammers ...the hair on the pic isn't what i got I think I got 5 inch hair and now they dont respond to messages and won't refund...Do not purchase from These scammers.
Poor service. I upgraded my account. My cards didnt come on time, now they decline and i ask use them and noone is assisting me , they allsay they will call but for over a month now my issue is unresolved. When i went to Musgrave branch it took me an hour for them to locate the cards and then she just handed them tome and said i must activate at the atm. this i have never done and leading to that i have countless issues with no resolve. Rather switch if this is the level of service for the so called lifestyle banking
Been waiting for a small order for over a month and im being ignored on all communication platforms. Im constantly having issues with them and im sick of it
I waited one hour for an order..only for it to be cancelled with no explanation. Uninstalled the app...you don't deserve me as a customer
