Be aware of Jena&sons!!
<div>My experience with Jena and sons was the most horrible I have ever received.December 2024, we entered into a turnkey building agreement with Jena and sons, they were running a special on their social media platforms and we saw it as the most reasonable that time,10% deposit was required to secure the special and we paid them 5% the same month.Early Jan 2025 they started calling repeatedly to follow up on the remainder (5%),they even promised to provide free engineering services if that was settled, that was a bargain for us because then it meant we were gonna save close to 30k. Unfortunately when time for engineering work arrived, they gave us excuses until we appointed our own engineer.After few weeks, Methue made contact again to demand another 15% for safety file, site establishment and commencement of building, to avoid some delays, he gave us another offer of paying our NHBRC enrollment if we settle the 15%,we did that and waited on them to start with NHBRC enrollment,which usually takes about 2 weeks. We waited for close to 3 months only for them to come back to us to demand the 50k for NHBRC, which we later found out it was only 26k, luckily we refused to pay to bind them to their offer especially since it was the second time that happened.we started having disagreements from there and decided to cancel our agreement with them, they denied to refund us despite the letter of demands we sent through our lawyers and told us that they have to deduct demobilisation fees meanwhile nothing was brought to site yet, they also made allegations that we fabricated the contract to get funding for the project which we are still waiting for that copy of the contract he alleges we have fabricated. Be careful of online companies!!</div>

Appaling service.
My experience with Jena&sons has been the most horrible I’ve ever come across,they take large deposits and never deliver.We entered into a turnkey building agreement in Dec 2024,based on “specials” they run on their social media accounts which require you to pay upfront payment of 10%,we started with 5% and started receiving unending calls from them asking when the other 5% will be paid, they then made a promise of covering our engineering services since “Tots” probably their manager was on their case regarding the 5%. Time came for soil tests and engineering services to be done on the land and they refused to cover as promised, we acquired our own since we were not yet acclimatised to their deceptive strategies of getting upfront payment from clients.After some time another 15% was requested before they initiated the project, that was apparently to start with the site establishment and building project, he also made other promises that were not on there on the contract, to cover for our NHBRC, the process took close to 3months and he later said we must cover it,and **** that it was R50k meanwhile it was R26k.We then decided to terminate our contract with them after they refused to honour their promises with fear that we will have serious challenges during the building project and requested our refund, to date, all we get from them is derogatory comments, the matter has been reported to NHBRC. We have every proof to everything written on this post, beware of them.

Appaling service
Our experience with Jena&Sons was a horrible one and would like to urge people in search of contractors, especially on instagram and facebook to beware of this company, they require large amounts of deposit with false promises and never deliver or do a substandard job , and they are always robust in covering or defending their ********* conduct in that u will be convinced that the complainants are out to tarnish their names.I am yet to share more details about what they have put us through as our case is still underway,progress to be shared in due course. Do not be fooled by the 5 star ratings as they fabricate them.

I regret buying from this company,they are ****mers I ordered my hair 2 weeks back the hair hasn’t been delivered and they are now ignoring my calls.

Appaling service by Lufuno Sithago .
2024 February,I requested Lufuno Sithago to design a house plan for me,he quoted me 50k and requested an upfront payment before estate approval.My plan failed 6 times and Sithago never corporated with regards to adjustments of the house plan in accordance with the estate feedback,he never respond to texts and always unavailable.It is now over a year and I’m still waiting for him to resend the ammended plan,he is very unprofessional and unreliable.
