I’m very dissatisfied with what I’m experience from TFG as a customer which leave a bitter taste on my mouth. I was receiving non stop calls on a daily basis regarding the marketing promotions and all of a sudden it stops. When I went to the shop on the 26 September to my surprise my account has been debited close to an amount of R300 and we phoned the customer care to find out and it was debited for promotional stuff that I didn’t consent to. I spoke to a customer service agent by the name of Thandeka who promised that it had been cancelled and the money will be reversed back to my account on the 13 October, now I’m going through my statement and the same promotions have debited my account Again which means it was not cancelled and is that how you are *********** the customers. Please reverse back the money that you have taken it doesn’t make sense for me to join promotional things whilst I’m a struggling single parent who opened this account for my kids to have the convenience to take clothes for them from the account and which I’m also paying a high instalment to be experiencing such a painful thing from TFG. Remove those promotional things before I take this matter forward. This is a total **** and very disappointed customer!!

My car tracker account was listed at Nimble Group which I owed R1500 and was handed to them as R5000, they kept on pestering me with calls and they offered me a 30% discount and I agreed to it on a 3 months installment. They debited the 1st installment in January 2024, and I asked them on the 26th January 2024 for a settlement and they send it to me to my surprise it can't open. I made payment the same day on the 26 January 2024 for the amount that they provided. I contacted them on the 29th January 2024 for a paid up letter and I was promised it will be send to me email which it was not sent. I phoned later and I was advise that I owe R378 on the account when I asked how? The lady dropped the phone on my ears. I have never come across with such unprofessional service. I'm really disappointed in this Company!!!!

Is been 3 weeks waiting for installation and activation, your whatsapp platform is incompetent, you wait long for a response, you have to start your issue from scratch, you allocated to different peope, no feedback about the request, i've never experience such frustration in my life!!! You dont care about your customers..Bad customer service ever!!!
I have applied for fibre and paid for activation and installation on the 23rd May 2022 they were running a promotion at WebAfrica. I have been advised by WebAfrica that they cannot locate my address and Vumatel must update the address on their side i send proof of address (municipal account). You phone Vumatel a voice prompt say they stopped the call centre in April last year, no email address nothing. You can only contact WebAfrica via whatsapp they take long to respond, different agents and you have to explain each and every time your story, They don't care about their customers, no one has the audacity to phone and update you regarding your request, they very incompetent!!! Very bad service ever!!!
My tracker has not been operating on the car since 20th April 2022, i phoned car tracker on the 22nd April 2022 about the issue and i was transferred from one person to another, telling me that it should be fine after 20 minutes till today nothing. i have send queries but nothing is happening. They quick to debit their money even if you miss payment they stop the tracker and phone you like crazy but they don't deliver. I will be cancelling this useless service it doesn't work for me!!

Thieves! Thieves! They are misleading the customers, they advertise hair from other online shop selling hair. I bought hair that was on sale, I was shocked when I got the hair which is not the same hair that was advertised and worse is a synthetic hair which looks like a soft dread and they insisting on customizing which I have to pay R150 imagine on top of what I paid!!!
