Poor customer service
I'm so exhausted with Ackermans since Monday been trying to get my monthly statement that has not been sent to me every month ghe last statement was Feb 25 their call centre isvery useless yesterday I spent 30 minutes trying to resolve this they promised to send my statement up until now i was told that they unblock my account and send me the statement the bank need my statements

RUDE STAFF
I went to power clothing shop in meadowlands point soweto I always buy there everytime when you go there around 5pm they closed most of the aile you can pass because they are cleaning them I decided to jump out of the blue the staff asked me how did I pass I told her I jump then she started shouting at me telling me if I don't see that she's cleaning first of all they should have put the sign the for us not to jump secondly they are putting our life as risk as per health and safety rules what ****es me off the branch manager never said a word instead when I asked for branch manager she was apologising onbehalf of her while your staff was still shouting telling me that I must not come to the shop with my stress

Bad customer service
I'm very disappointed with this guy he cane to my house to fix our 55inch jvc tv hardly a month after fixing my tv backlight is still broken what ****es me the most when we call him he promised to come and fix it the following day it's been 3/weeks still not yet come it very painful to explain to a 6 year old why our tv is not playing worse we are paying multichoice for free now he is not answering our phones or returning our calll not sure what to do anymore all I want is my tv to be fixed or get refunded my money.

I hate aramex with my whole heart worst service ever
I hate aramex they ruin my business I will never use them again since the 1st they haven't delivered my parcel with waybill number DBP44170643415 my business still new they ruin everything

worst service ever
I have never receive such bad experience worse for my birthday cake with Fournos Southgate even the branch manager Fawzi was so rude towards me Firstly I ordererd tiramissu cake and they promise to write my name on the board that didn't happened when i collected the cake and when I asked I was told to pay extra R100 for a board and they also put icing of which I never asked them to put icing then max the guy who I place the order with called the manager who told me that he is paying rent and he is also running a business he can't give me board for free Max should have told me but more than that the cake doesn't taste like tiramisu they put a lot of coco powder it doesn't taste nice at all, I regret buying cake from Southgate they are the worst shop to deal with and very rude their manager is very rude and I will never buy from them they have spoiled my birthday.
