Horrendous customer service

I ordered an item from them and after 5 months I finally received it. I contacted them several times, but to no avail. I was blocked on Instagram after I commented on a post asking why they didn't respond to my e-mails. Then I e-mailed them and threatened legal action and they told me I agreed to their terms and they blocked me, because they don't entertain hate speech. After months of struggling and constantly e-mailing them, I finally received my item. I would not recommend them to anyone.
