Horrendous customer service
I ordered an item from them and after 5 months I finally received it. I contacted them several times, but to no avail. I was blocked on Instagram after I commented on a post asking why they didn't respond to my e-mails. Then I e-mailed them and threatened legal action and they told me I agreed to their terms and they blocked me, because they don't entertain hate speech. After months of struggling and constantly e-mailing them, I finally received my item. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a coat at R800, after two weeks I received a pathetic quality coat, home made version with exposed seams, poor quality fabric, nothing like the picture I was given. I requested a return & refund. They are not responding. DO NOT buy from this company, payment is required upfront. They have now blocked me on WA & Instagram. They also go by the name of TM Courture, Tazmo Emporium, Luxury Apparel SA, they may trade by more names that I am not aware of. Their physical address according to the Fastways Courier, is 6 Nelson Mandela Drive, Unit 9 Umzimkulu Court, Port Shepstone, KZN.

Pleased with the purchase i made with these guys, despite being scared to purchase from them for the first time my handbag was off genuine leather, as stated and advertised, great quality for price advertised and overall very happy with my purchase

Goods not delivered for 3 months
i placed an order and the social media platforms used said delivery with 2/3 weeks. It's now 3 months and the excuses just go on. They block people off Whatsapp and delete comments or queries that make them look bad. They have continued advertising and taking orders when they claim they have delays beyond their control which are not shared initially online. Very deceptive advertising and they could be a complete scam as they don't handle complaints or reassure customers neither are they apologetic.
