Goods not delivered for 3 months
i placed an order and the social media platforms used said delivery with 2/3 weeks. It's now 3 months and the excuses just go on. They block people off Whatsapp and delete comments or queries that make them look bad. They have continued advertising and taking orders when they claim they have delays beyond their control which are not shared initially online. Very deceptive advertising and they could be a complete scam as they don't handle complaints or reassure customers neither are they apologetic.

one year to assess a phone and ipad
I have given my phone and ipad on 18 October 2014 for an assessment and asked to be quoted before a repair was done. after weekly visits to the branch and being constantly redirected I was only told a few weeks ago that they have lost/disposed of my devices. they tried using the disclaimer that if goods weren't fetched they can dispose of it, however, I refused to accept that as I enquire of it almost weekly. <br> <br> in October, they said that they can either compensate me or I can pay a difference for a working device regarding the iPad. I asked for feedback for both devices. I got none. this week I was told that they looking for phone records to see if they had called me to fetch the device. this strategy was used many times by many people before a stalling tactic as was simply directing me to new staff members so that staff that is well aware of the fault/query does not have to deal with the issue that is obviously on their side. I have seen numerous queries from this company that are similar to mine
