PAID UP LETTER

In 2023 there was an FNB consultant at my work place and I have asked her to open a savings account for me but she opened a cheque account which I ended up owing not knowing how it works because I was under the impression that is was a savings account.

FNB handed me over to LWN which I made an arrangement of paying 2 installments and sent them both proof of payments but they are now enable to help me with a paid up letter. I have sent them emails and chatting to 1 of their consultant via whatsapp and he is also not helping. I have checked with FNB if LWN has sent them the paid up letters only 1 payment reflects on FNB side.
