Beware of Lymphcare.co.za!!

Beware of Lymphcare.co.za!! I placed an order on 4 March 2026, received a long story a few days later on how their stock is being held at customs. I asked how their stock can be held at customs when their website says it is made in SA, no answer. Asked for a refund on 10 April, then suddenly on 17 April, my order shows as "shipped" , even with a Courier Guy tracking number. CG tracking shows the package was not received by them. Asked again on22 April, then suddenly the shipping is cancelled. They are definitely receiving mails, but not responding.

Methinks I've thrown the money in the water, won't ever receive the product. Lymphcare.co.za is definitely not an above board operation.
