What an amasing and positive experience!
I needed a technician to assess my SpeedQueen washing machine as it seemed to have a problem on the spinning cycle.
Surien was very helpful with information, expected costs and making a booking.
Their technician, Lucky, arrived within the scheduled time slot. What a pleasant, professional and knowledgeable technician!
It turned out to be only the belt that needed replacing. Lucky shared information on preventative maintenance, went over the costs again and completed the repair and checked other items on the machine to be in good working order, on site at my home.
This was money well spent considering my "old work horse" is 10 years old and this was the first issue or expense on repairs and maintenance!
I remain a loyal LDS and SpeedQueen customer. Thank you to the LDS Team, keep up the good work.
