Over the years, Dr Pretorius, Dr Frans, and every member of the team have been our support system through every stage of our pets’ lives. No concern was ever too small, no late-night message too inconvenient. Their compassion is unmatched. When the day came to say goodbye to our beloved Katryn, they handled our heartbreak with such tenderness—from the tissues Dr Frans brought with him to the comforting words from the front office staff when we collected her ashes. Thank you for keeping Katryn comfortable and pain-free throughout her life. We will forever be grateful for your care, your kindness, and the dignity you gave her right to the end.
