He created a beautiful, water-wise, indigenous garden that perfectly suits our lifestyle, even incorporating plants we already had. The result is a calm, inviting, low-maintenance space we absolutely love and never want to leave. The team worked through one of the hottest weeks of the year without any issues, and Eben went the extra mile sourcing the perfect materials across Gauteng. Highly recommended—thank you for an outstanding job!
Where does one even begin? Lyttleton Animal Clinic is so much more than a veterinary practice. Over the years, Dr Pretorius, Dr Frans, and every member of the team have been our support system through every stage of our pets’ lives. No concern was ever too small, no late-night message too inconvenient. Their compassion is unmatched. When the day came to say goodbye to our beloved Katryn, they handled our heartbreak with such tenderness—from the tissues Dr Frans brought with him to the comforting words from the front office staff when we collected her ashes. Thank you for keeping Katryn comfortable and pain-free throughout her life. We will forever be grateful for your care, your kindness, and the dignity you gave her right to the end. A truly exceptional clinic with a genuinely compassionate team.
I am writing to express my serious concern regarding a recent issue with Old Mutual. On 18 August 2025, I visited your Menlyn store in person to cancel my Greenlight Life Policy. Additionally, I changed the beneficiary on my funeral policy and emailed my partners ID regarding this change on 27 August 2025. To my utmost dismay, Old Mutual has disregarded my cancellation request and continued to deduct R775 from my account. Furthermore, I received an email informing me of the non-payment, stating that you will attempt to deduct the money again. These actions were taken without my consent and are *******. I have also experienced significant frustration in trying to contact your office via phone, as I have been unable to reach anyone. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a refund of the deducted amount. Please confirm in writing that my policies have been properly canceled and that no further deductions will be made. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Mr Liebenberg
Vodacom is in FULL breach of the POPI ACT. On a regular basis my personal information is shared with third party companies WITHOUT my approval consent. Last month it was ELITE mobile and this month it is MONDO. I have asked, in writing for my details not to be shared, but this simply gets ignored. What is next? How do I stop this unsolicited harassment?? Ombudsman? Restraining order? Or do simply ignore legislation prohibiting you of doing so??
We met Niki through a referral. Originally, our needs were to upgrade our outdoor space and to paint and tweak the interior of our house. After Niki’s first consultation we discovered that we needed a lot more help. Niki is not just Interior designer, but an absolute guru in all aspects, inside and around the house. From choosing colour, fabric, light fittings, sourcing furniture, managing tradesmen and teams of workers, Niki made sure that everything happened seamlessly. Niki’s experience with regards to balance, proportion, and scale was invaluable. She also respects the character of existing pieces of furniture and art, and tries to incorporate or “revive” them with her design ideas, before suggesting new purchases. We appreciated that she took the lead when were overwhelmed with choices, by narrowing them down. None of the changes were considered finished, until Niki came round and gave her thumbs-up. So thank you once again Niki for creating us a space worthy of a glossy publication, while still making it feel like home.
<div>After searching for a perfect dining table - we knew that a tailor made table would be our best option. Custom Creation came highly recommended to us by our Interior designer. We made contact with ***** in September of 2023 - we wanted a Teak (Kiaat) table plus a matching server. On Friday, 8 September we received a message from Custom Creation that they were quite low on stock and that we had to move fast, in order to avoid disappointment. Because we we wanted a custom made table and server, we were required to make full payment immediately. ***** at Custom Creation received the proof of full payment on Monday 11 September’23. After a number of delays (rain, traffic and staff strikes) our tables were finally delivered on 3 November’23. Unfortunately there server was made 10cm too high, as it had to be 90cm in hight. We reported it to *****, the main table had some travel damage, not much, a few scratched and wood filler being visible. This was supposed to be addressed during the numerous visits by staff - but none of them were either qualified or had the tools to remedy what needed fixing. Clearly Custom Creation have no urgency to sorting issue sin a timeous fashion. When the server returned, it was again incorrect but 10cm too low this time. We had the server sent to custom Creation to be fixed on 23 January’24 - our Interior Designer took the serving table back at her own cost, as calls were not returned. Custom Creation retuned the server on Friday 9 February’24 at 17:20 - after confirming that all was perfect, the server was again incorrect and 3cm too low this time. We reported the issue to Celeste, but still no word from them. It is 4 March’24, and we had to resort to a different service provider to help us remedy the situation. My advice - do your homework thoroughly before making a choice</div>
Contacted Web Partner twice to report a fraudulent company, they host to this day. Company involved simply changed their name, and continues to steal from future clients. I called and sent emails reporting the company… not even a acknowledgment from Web Partner So please be on the lookout for www.precisions.co.za
Had a lovely weekend at Slaley Country House! This was a perfect spot close to a wedding venue. We arrived during load-shedding and the host was super friendly and attentive to all our needs. Lovely manicured gardens made for a tranquil stay We even received two complimentary bottels of their wine to enjoy!
JD Services (Pty) Ltd - Now Trading as JDL Construction Pty Ltd and www.precisions.co.za We found this company advertised on the internet. They seemed very knowledgeable when it comes to ponds and their installation, they even suggested changes we did not think of during the planning phases of the project. During the initial quote we were told that the process will take no longer than two weeks - this lead to our choice of service provider and deposit was paid. Shortly after construction started the forman left the job (without warning), and the company owner Anthony Ferreira took over - again some changes were suggested and agreed upon. We removed our fish from the pond (7 April ) based on the information provided - in order for the pond to be finished. We are now into the fourth month of construction, and excuses have been ample First Forman removed from the job - workers had to build unsupervised. During surprise visits to the house, workers were caught sleeping in our flower boxes or in the front driveway. JDL Construction Pty Ltd also runs a garden service company as their main business, according to their TikTok account - because of this staff never arrive before 9:30 am and their business day always ends early - productivity limited because of this juggling act Builder had covid - on an open-air project there was no substitute available - project halted! Appointments were made to speak to company owner, Anthony Ferreira, he simply did not arrive on several occasions Load-shedding were blamed for late arrival and no-shows Serious lack of communication - days and weeks went by without anyone arriving to complete the job. Bad communication led to incorrect cladding being used - more delays Lack of planning - providers blamed for delays as apparent building material shortages kept the project from reaching completion Even face to face meetings with the company owner led to more false promises and more delays On numerous occasions we were promised that we have reached the final phases of construction, the pond was even filled with water - 2 major water leaks, and the whole pond needed to be emptied out again. Marblelite needed to be re-applied in order to fix the leaks. Another 2 week delay and we are still waiting for the UV-lights, pond pump lid, aluminium strips and LED lights to be installed. During the third month of the process the owner and CEO Anthony Ferreira had received full payment (upon his request), but the completion of the project just never gets closer - even mobile phone issues blamed for non arrivals. Should one read the ABOUT US on their website https://www.precisions.co.za/about-us , this could not be further from the truth. Pool-pump lid was finally installed - unfortunately this is of extremely bad quality and looks shoddy to say the least We are in the 4th month of the “14 Day construction” and still Anthony Ferreira keeps up his promises - and the final elements for installation are still not present.
