Dissapointed
Very disappointed in logo designs and follow-up service. I eventually created my own design, and they took a long time coming back to me with stationery layouts. Very good follow-up on the sale, but not in the work

Hosting Criminal Companies
Contacted Web Partner twice to report a fraudulent company, they host to this day. Company involved simply changed their name, and continues to steal from future clients. I called and sent emails reporting the company… not even a acknowledgment from Web Partner So please be on the lookout for www.precisions.co.za

WEB PARTNER - BOGUS WEB DESINERS, DISHONESTY AND VERY UNREALIABLE
A BUNCH OF INCAPABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. THESE GUYS HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICES MEAN. NO DIRECTION OR LEADERSHIP TO MANAGE PROJECTS. THEY HAVE WEB DESIGNERS THAT ARE LUNATIC. DUPLICATES DETAILS, SPELLING AND GRAMMAR ERRORS AND MADE TO RESEND INFORMATION ALL THE TIME. THEY HAVE GRUMPY ESRAY NAIDOO AND RIDICULOUS ATTIE WHO DONT HAVE AN IDEA OF WHAT A SERVICE IS. WEBSITE HAS BEEN LIVE, NOT UPDATED ACCORDING TO OUR REQUIREMENTS AND HAD TO CHANGE DESIGN, CUT SOME OF THE DETAILS TO GET THE WEBSITE FINALISED. AFTER MORE THAN 3 MONTHS THE SITE IS STILL NOT COMPLETE. NO COMMUNICATION, NO CHECK IN SESSION ORGANIZED TO GO THROUGH THE SITE AND IMPLIMENTATION OF CHANGES. THESE NONSENSE DO NO DESERVE EVEN THE RED STAR, THEY ARE DOING A RUBBISH JOB. WE HAVE LOST REVENUE, POTENTIAL BUSINESS FOR A WEBSITE THAT WAS PAID IN FULL MONTHS AGO.

Web Partner still very good at what they do
I wrote a review, that I didn't had a good experience with Web Partner. it was a reoccurring issue, they should have moved a domain, and they didn't. I don't think its a bad company. This may be an isolated issue with one person that didn't understand and or didn't do as requested. the person who do their marketing did call me, and did assure me, it will be taken care of. I left Web Partner because the other company was more convenient for me. Web Partner may still be very good at what they do,

Web Partner pls release my domain to Swift Reg
Web Partner hosted my domain, I did so many things through Swift Reg Cape Town, and I gave them the go ahead to bring the domain over to them, letting Web Partner know to "release" it on their side. For a time everything was good, then my mails stopped. enquire from Swift Reg, and they said its Web partner that still have some hold on something. The request from me and Swift Reg to Web Partner, pls let everything go over to Swift Reg. this past weekend, my mails down again. I visited Swift Reg. They said the fly in the ointment is Web Partner that was this morning, this evening my mails still not on. Swift Reg said to me, there is a code that Web Partner must type in on their side, and they are not doing it. To me, I think Web Partner is spiteful, and I don't think they always honest.

MEDIOCRE HEAD OF ACCOUNTS AT WEB PARTNER
I have been using web partner for a while now. Never much of an issue other than a certain Annelie which web partner completely surprises me by having as an employee, nevermind head of anything. This woman will speak to you as if she gave birth to you. She is rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and an overall chaotic mess to deal with. I don't know if she generally represents web partner in this manner with all clients or if she is just an unqualified racist when dealing with black people. I also am not sure if she psychologically believes her rudeness and obvious height in stupidity to be somewhat scary. This woman is a natural defect in this role and a disgrace to be part of any legitimate business. I would prefer that such individuals are kept in a psych ward, not freely hampering legitimate businesses. What an honest mess of an accountant or bookkeeper, goodness! Annelie is a serious impediment to web partner's relationship with its own clients. Please get this poor soul training on client relations and simple accounting principles.

WEB PARTNER - THINK THEY DOING A FAVOUR BY PROVIDING A SERVICE
I am not happy being a first time client. I was happy that i received a call immediatly after i submitted my details online. Charmaine contacted me, twice being a little sarcastic (perhaps thats just how she came across). Charmaine informed me on my second call, they are able to assist me and she send me an email (no email recieved, perhaps confused with someone else) she also informed me that Johan will contact me. Well its on day 2 now. My business is not a priority i will find anther IT Company that can provide a service. NOT WORTH IT How can you be confused, then i heard she mentioned a previous company on the phone, when i confronted her I was informed in a way that i heard incorrectly. I dont want to deal with this company
