Beware when taking refund insurance on Webtickets for theatre tickets. I paid R65 insurance to obtain a refund when we mistakenly went to the wrong venue, only to find out that the refund is only applicable if there has been a severe or drastic event, such as a death, fire, accident, etc. Not only that, they require a death certificate and all other supporting documents. I understand one should read the Ts & Cs, but most of us take the email refund offer, for this kind of event, in good faith and at face value.
Very disappointed in logo designs and follow-up service. I eventually created my own design, and they took a long time coming back to me with stationery layouts. Very good follow-up on the sale, but not in the work
Outstanding efficiency and service
I have never received worse service from an institution. Emails and calls are ignored, people pass the buck (if you’re lucky enough to get through to them) kind of like they hope you’ll just go away and forget about the claims. This is not the first time we have experienced issues with them. I am beyond frustrated. If anyone is thinking of using them, please think again.
