Web Partner pls release my domain to Swift Reg

Web Partner hosted my domain, I did so many things through Swift Reg Cape Town, and I gave them the go ahead to bring the domain over to them, letting Web Partner know to "release" it on their side. For a time everything was good, then my mails stopped. enquire from Swift Reg, and they said its Web partner that still have some hold on something. The request from me and Swift Reg to Web Partner, pls let everything go over to Swift Reg. this past weekend, my mails down again. I visited Swift Reg. They said the fly in the ointment is Web Partner that was this morning, this evening my mails still not on. Swift Reg said to me, there is a code that Web Partner must type in on their side, and they are not doing it.

To me, I think Web Partner is spiteful, and I don't think they always honest.
