This information is a warning to customers and a complaint from my experience. My reading glasses is a product of bad workmanship and lack of C Care from admin side. Since April my reading glasses was 4 times in for adjustment and repair. Or wrong eye test. One after the other and no follow up from their side. Be warned if you go to Riverwalk shop in three rivers.

Attention > customer care TATA Vaal triangle has withdrawn their Sales, Service/ Repairs, Spares without notify all customers. Shocking and bad customer service leaving owners to seek a solution. The manager and staff’s only option was to go to East rand or other repair centre which leave customers with a wolf in sheep cloths. Higher and unregulated financial wise options. My question to TaTa Head Office is what now?
To cliënts which wills is with Absa Brits. I notify to be careful and double check the process for your loved ones sake. My mother's estate is now 5 years waiting for Absa Brits to finalize their side of the process. Excuses on Excuses
