Im frustrated because I'm paying for a car that is sitting at a panel beater because of lack of parts. My insurer is supposedly not getting parts anywhere in South Africa and they ordered oversees and the parts are still not getting to the panel beater. Why did you bring the car that is hard to get replacement parts for ,knowing very well that in South Africa even when you drive to your level best there's an idiot who will just jump the robot and hit you. Do you understand the pain of getting the notifications everyday that ,the car is on the floor awaiting parts. What do you call this. I hate the day I walked into Tata Randburg right now, because I clearly bought a stupid car where the manufacture doesn't even care.

Tata RANDBURG, is very quickly to tell you what you want to hear to get you to buy a car, HOWEVER, their client service is very disappointing. When receiving my car, it was on empty, they didn't even have any fuel in the vehicle. Then afterwards, my car already started showing service due, WHICH IT OBVIOUSLY wasn't. 'Oh Sorry they probably forget to check' Now they require me to drive up and down on my own time and money to go to a branch to have this resolved, No sorry ma'am we will accommodate your inconvenience or anything, they rely on my entirely to get this resolved. And then I also get a sarcastic meme back when I tell them I am not happy with how they have dealt with this. HONESTLY the worst service or assistance I received not only from a dealer, but sales person as well.

Christo van Zyl, Sales Manager and Dealer Principal at TaTa Polokwane, booked and confirmed a T-box for the Agri Limpopo Golf day. The entry from was received and invoice, with order nr on it, issued. This is a binding document. Christo has received 16 different communication e-mails regarding the golf day, either as reminder of the detail of the day, or follow-up and clarification mails regarding the detail of the day. Two reminders were sent via whatsapp. The last e-mail, a request received from Christo, sent on 11 August (the day before the golf day), requesting a reminder of the T-off time on the day. At no point has he cancelled the booking or indicated that he would not honour the booking. He is now refusing to settle the attached invoice, on the grounds that head office has not paid this invoice and therefore on the day, decided not to show up. His t-box was booked, allocated and confirmed and all arrangements put in place to welcome TaTa Polokwane to the day. These procedures are put in place to make sure that this booking is secure, whether the client arrives on the day, or not. The invoice is payable. Nobody answers you at head office, there is no response and the Dealer Principle is passing the buck! Is this your business principles?

I purchased a vehicle from Tata Motors Menlyn (Pretoria) and had one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever encountered. The dealership added hidden fees that were never disclosed upfront, and after promising to pay a spotter’s fee to the person who referred me, they refused to honour it, giving an unreasonable excuse that I removed extras I never asked for in the first place. The entire process was unprofessional, misleading, and *********, with poor communication and no accountability from the sales team. I expected honesty and integrity from a Motus Select dealership, but this experience has completely shattered my trust in the brand.

I purchased a brand new Tata Manza Indigo 2017 model and ever since I've had endless problems, From rust under the car, a broken interior brake light, gear lever problem. and now with 99000km on the car, my engine is busted. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY A TATA VEHICLE. Don't even take it for free. It's a **** car.

Tata Polokwane has the worst client service ever. We are struggling to order parts for more than a week. every time the sale representative called Jimmy says he will phone you back. he never does. Even after calling him 8 times on one day. There is no service to the client and no correspondence. Even the manager can not not assist at all, as no one adhere to any instructions . They then indicated they have the parts, but as we wanted to collect not all the parts was available. They still say that they need to order it. ... The second thing is the fact that we are in the process of buying an new truck .... We requested a quotation and never received it from them, not even a follow up call. Seem like it is an effort to be assist and to supply a service
