This morning as i was about to leave for church, my car wouldn't start. i called king oroce foor road assistance. My airtime got cut ofd but Bella Masekela called me back and got me assistance. AA road assistance was by my house in 17 minutes. I also made it to church on time. Thank you Mam
Im frustrated because I'm paying for a car that is sitting at a panel beater because of lack of parts. My insurer is supposedly not getting parts anywhere in South Africa and they ordered oversees and the parts are still not getting to the panel beater. Why did you bring the car that is hard to get replacement parts for ,knowing very well that in South Africa even when you drive to your level best there's an idiot who will just jump the robot and hit you. Do you understand the pain of getting the notifications everyday that ,the car is on the floor awaiting parts. What do you call this. I hate the day I walked into Tata Randburg right now,because I clearly bought a stupid car where the manufacture doesn't even care.
My car was involved in accident in December. The car was towed to a panel beater. PANEL beater send me message everyday saying waiting for parts. Apparently insurance has not approved parts or ordered them.but they don't communicate. We paying for a car to use it not for it to camp at panel beater.Its end of January and nothing is happening, no one is talking to me
My husband bought hisense TV at Game June 2024. This year when moving houses we realized that when we switch on TV it shows colour's stripes and it also looks like there's a Crack We went to Game Rustenburg mall to report.they said there's nothing they can do. Are we not supposed to be covered by warranty or guarantee. We still paying the TV that is not working. That's not fair
Rain deboted my account twice im 1 week. On the 25 July and 1 August. Like what kind of a nonsense is that. They dont answer my emails, my calls even my Facebook inbox. I hate it when somebody who takes my money every month decide not to take calls or emails
We have a home loan with FNB. I do not have a challenge paying it. But Now i have found a great job offer in a different Province and My Husband and I are not planning to sell the house because its our Main home. Because the job is in the different province i need to find a rental in that province and a school for my daughter. Rental requires deposit and 1st rent and My daughter school requires registration,1st month school fees and new school uniform. Because this happened quickly, i then contacted Fnb on the 11 April to find out how they can help me because i need a 2months payment holiday for April and May on my bond to avoid making loans to provide for the above mentioned things and also moving. FNB did not get back to me, i send follow up email on Monday and Tuesday with no response from FNB. On wednesday i called fnb ,after being transferred around many times then i was sent a Payment arrangement form to complete. Surprisingly today i get a different kind of forms from different email. I dont understand whats difficult with attending the email i send yesterday with a form and requested documents. FNB its a pain itself, but i have been bearing with their unhelpful behaviours for years. You are a person to them when you take multiple loans, but when you say i dont wnat an extra loan i need a payment holiday they dont revert to your emails. They confuse you more by sending you different forms from different departments. I dont want extra loan hence i ask for a payment holiday for two months to cover for my mini relocation needs. I dont want them to debit for a bond this Month and Next Month hence i contacted them earlier but it seems like they only assists people who wants to increase their debts. I dont want to change my account number for my salary and allow the bond to bounce because it will mess up my credit record, but it looks like FNB prefers that. This bank is really not helpful at this moment im only reliable for their online convenience ,but its not helping me in serious life situations. My account is not in arrears ,but when you request rate review its a problem, when you request payment holiday its a problem. What is it that FNB does to assist their clients maar.
I stopped at Shell garage this morning to pour petrol. Shell garage Rustenburg in R24. When i was about to leave i say to the attendant but the petrol did not move. He said to me it will move. That was after 8 in the morning, its now after 3 and the petrol still hasnt moved i even got stuck at Ledig. What kind of a sick act did the attendant do to me

TODAY THEY ARE SENDING MY HUSBAND FROM PILLAR TO POST AT RUSTENBURG . THEIR SERVICE HAS BECOME SO BAD THAT THEY UPGRADE YOU WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEGEDGE AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR WHAT YOU DIDNT REQUEST. CAN WE HAVE OUR FULL REFUND THAT WE PAID ON THE 29 OCTOBER THROUGH PICK N PAY. AND CANCEL YOUR SERVICES,ITS LONG OVER DUE NOW WITH YOUR ROBBING BUSINESS
During the beginning of the country lock down in 2020.i requested a jump in installment of one month which was 2556, then the other month i paid part of my inatallment which amounted to 1431.55. Now in January they debited the amount of 2556. Which means im left with the other part which was short on 1431.55 which is 1134.71. But No, according to finchoice i now owe 3519. I send countless emails, Facebook inbox. To understand how did 1134.71 turn to 3519. No one is answering this email. What kind. Of interest did they apply here. Does the NCR know that finchoice is robbing people.
Im new to herbalife and when i started , i was told that you recruit and whatever your recruits sell and their certain level of recruits sell you get paid 10% of what they purchased from warehouse. so i have recruited 2 this far and unfortunately Herbalife has not done their part towards me. SO on 15 October i reviewed my check and i realised that its not all payment according to what my downliner and her downliner has purchased IN SEPTEMBER. i alerted my sponsor who called herbalife immediately to check what is happening. she was transferred from pillar to post on a call. then they said they will come back to her. which they never did , she then asked me to call from my side i did and i was also told they are still investigating. they asked for proof we attached it and still no answer from herbalife. yesterday i called again they still dont have an answer its almost a month now. As if like that its not worse, now its the new month ,checks are out just not mine. if maybe i did not qualify on the first query, an answer to say you didnt qualify would have been appreciated not silence. Now i have another downliner who also made purchases in October, i was not given 10% of her purchases. Kindly tell me ,how do i stay motivated in this business, how do i continue recruiting seeing that you are incapable of delivering on what is supposedly due to me. I joined this business because i work far from home, i wanted to go an extramile to make it work for me so that i can cut down on the travel. But if its hard for you to give me the 50cents that is due to me , how is it gonna be possible for you to give me 1rand when it happens that i make it. The whole month i have been polite and did not want to be too much, but if this is how you operate you are actually telling me that when i keep on recruiting and telling people that its their chance to make an income through you guys its a lie. im in between 9 to 5 and studies, and i wanted to make this business work for me but clearly i will be putting myself under pressure for Herbalife to keep silent to my queries. I rather have a negative feedback than no feedback at all. I was advised that resolving of queries turnarount time is 48 hours.
