Tata RANDBURG, is very quickly to tell you what you want to hear to get you to buy a car, HOWEVER, their client service is very disappointing. When receiving my car, it was on empty, they didn't even have any fuel in the vehicle. Then afterwards, my car already started showing service due, WHICH IT OBVIOUSLY wasn't. 'Oh Sorry they probably forget to check' Now they require me to drive up and down on my own time and money to go to a branch to have this resolved, No sorry ma'am we will accommodate your inconvenience or anything, they rely on my entirely to get this resolved. And then I also get a sarcastic meme back when I tell them I am not happy with how they have dealt with this. HONESTLY the worst service or assistance I received not only from a dealer, but sales person as well.
I paid for products, and added extra cost to receive it more timeously, However I have not received it, and the ETA has passed, Not getting any feedback from them. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH THEM, This is a **** #2272
Bonitas is completely USELESS and pathetic. They refuse to pay for a consultation on my ORIGINAL GP that was listed, THEN they went and removed it. And said they can't pay as that GP is not listed. What on earth?? And now they are AVOIDING all my emails or replying with something else *****ulent at it's best.

If you want toensure your life is in good hands, DON'T use Bonitas. This is such a ****. They have cost us so much money because they don't acually cover you.. They just make it seem like they do. First my primary GP informed them that they no longer make use of my plan, and the medical aid advised all members will be notified... After MONTHS. No one from Bonitas notified me. And I ended up paying for my consultation. I queries it and still to this day havenot received any response. THEN... My son had a very bad fever, vomiting and diarea, It was 01:00am on. Public holiday so we rushed our son to the hospital just to ensure his life is safe. And BONITAS Refuses to pay for the hospitalization because we didn't get pre authorization. HOW ON EARTH ARE WE SUPPOSED TO GET AUTHORIZATION IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT ON A PUBLIC HOLIDAY. People, please if you value your life or any dependents life on your medical aid, DONOT USE BONITAS. They tell you there's cover, even when pre authorized, they don't cover and just come up with an excuse as to why they are not paying. Really pathetic service from Platinum Life. They want to up your payment twice a year,telling you they will email all the details through before they increase the payment, and you can decline on the email if you do not want to. Then you never receive the email and they just increase it anyway. I've been here 7years and it was just a waste om money honestly. Now I want to cancel and they tellme it has to be done telephonically, HOWEVER a consultant will only call me within 7 WORKING days. WHAT.... 7 DAYS.... this is a JOKE.
Really dissatisfied with our order from Fat Cake City Oakfields. This is not the first time as we are regulars, but honestly it's just a disappointment after disappointment. It's asif they just don't care about the quality and the order itself. Our order was not correct, chicken pops were oil crumbs, our samoosas were burnt to a crisp, and not the enjoyable type. Our previous order was battered fish, and the one piece was litteraly just a piece of batter, no fish... Perhaps they need better management.
FNB does not even deserve a 1 star. After struggling to get a settlement amount from FNB for almost a month, (which they couldn't even do, I had to get tgeir LEGAL department to assist.) I paid the owed amount, and FNB could not assist with the settlemnt letter, after added rent due to their slack, they advised that I need to pay the rent as well before they can assist. So I paid the extra amount so this can be sorted, Then all of a sudden they cannot assist with the settlement letter to indicate that I have paid in full because the account needs to be closed, (but when i went in a month ago to the branch they said I need the settlement lette rto close the account) . However they can assist with a statement. So I have requested a statement... and YET AGAIN FNB has excuses not to send it to me... I am at the point of SWEARING at them. *** is going on with FNB. This is PATHETIC FNB. I cannot keep on paying rent because FNB is useless and they don't even know the procedures. My rating is : DON'T USE FNB EVER.
I am just not getting antwhere with FNB. After all my emails, even my previous complaint on Hellopeter FNB just hasn't made any effort into assisting me with my Query. This bank has gone from top notch to lower then dust. What's going on FNB?
Very poor Service from FNB. I want to settle my credit card, went in to the Bank, and they adbised I need to phone the card collections to get a settlement amount before we can proceed.... So I have tried phoning, everytime someone answers, they take my details and transfer me to another department, just for the line to drop each time. It is pathetic that if you need to settle an account FNB's customer service is NON Existing. I've tried the option to have someone phone me back, but before I can leave a message with my details, the call drops. This is the reason why I want to settle and close my account. Poor service for the last 2-3 years.
