Bad experience at Wierdapark branch
Very bad service and bad higiene at Wierda Park branch. I was waiting to be helped while the lady that was supposed to help me was chatting and laughing very load at the back in the kitchen with the rest of the staff.The lady helping me was coughing all over the place and not wearing any mask or try to hold her hand infront of her mouth. She also scratch her heas while serving my food.When she helped me she was chewing bubblegum without closing her mouth and making very annoying sounds with the bubblegum. She was also very irritated and short off while helping me.

Poor Customer service
Little kindness costs nothing The lady who was helping me yesterday wasn't friendly at all.The service was just poor and bad,I placed an order and asked the lady how long it will take and with a long face and attitude said ,10 minutes, i was seating outside in a car as the weather was chilly,to my surprise when i went to check my order ,it was just placed there and already cold and i had asked her nicely to warm up my fat cakes That's no customer service

The worst
Randburg square branch, i don't know if they don't want to work or they'reforced to. Because that is just nonsense. I should be a able to personalize my order, and for them to do this nonsense is just wild

Extremely Poor Service – No Communication or Delivery Update
I placed an order with Elsburg Fat Cake City (Order No: DFD***), which was accepted at 19:44. The expected delivery time was between 20:43–20:58, but by 21:33 there was still no delivery. The app continues to show “preparing your order” with no updates, and there has been zero communication from the store regarding the delay. I have also tried calling multiple times with no answer. This is very disappointing service. Customers should at least be informed if there are delays, especially when the order is running this late. I expect an explanation and improvement in communication going forward.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
The client service at this place is HORRIBLE!!!! The staff behind the counter are so rude It's happened numerous times ! Last night I gave it the benefit of doubt and yet again I was treated basically like a dog as my food was just chucked to me like I'm some kind of dog. Several minutes later I approached the so called manager to discuss the horrible client service I received however to be asked very rudely "What do you want?" Trying to explain to him what happened then only he released what I was trying to say to him. All I got was "I'm sorry" That branch will NEVER SEE ME AGAIN 😡😡😡😡

Wrong order not Once...but Twice.
Do not know what was going on at Fat Cake city all saints today. Placed my order before leaving to the shop next door. Not a big order, just a snack. Came back and after a few minutes realized that they have not even given my order to the kitchen yet, then all the ladies stood at the back arguing over missed orders out loud, allowing incoming customers to pile up. Eventually realized there is a que out the door waiting for them, finally got my orders, not at all what I ordered, waited another 10 minutes, got my order, had to remind them for a cooldrink, packed another order, finally got my cooldrink, got to the car with only a few minutes left to spare for lunch and guess what...Food is cold and not what I ordered at all.
