Poor Customer service

Little kindness costs nothing The lady who was helping me yesterday wasn't friendly at all.The service was just poor and bad,I placed an order and asked the lady how long it will take and with a long face and attitude said ,10 minutes, i was seating outside in a car as the weather was chilly,to my surprise when i went to check my order ,it was just placed there and already cold and i had asked her nicely to warm up my fat cakes That's no customer service
