Poor service from LAAGE SCHOEMAN AND STADLER INC
My wife and I are not happy with the service I am currently get or don't get from Laage Schoeman and Stadler Attorneys. My wife and I sold our home in Three Rivers Vereeniging and property was registered in the buyer's name two weeks ago. I know there is some legal payments that need to be deducted from the amount that they need to pay us and now we are struggling to get our money from them. We followed up with Marlize almost every day for two weeks and each time they say they are busy with it. My wife and I are fed-up with their excuses and lies. I even send an e-mail to Mr. Laage himself with no response. If I try to phone them, they don't answer the phone. I send them WhatsApp's but no feedback. This is not acceptable. My next step is a complaint on Law Society.

Incompetence
I am undergoing credit rehbilitation. This woman Lorinda Kleu. Claims thatshe sent me the documents claming that I am still undergoing rehabilitation, but a Court Order has been issued though. I have went to see her about three weeks ago but nothing is happening and she said on that same day that she was going to call me once she has sent the documents. I would also like yo emphasise that nothing was sent and she did not call as she had come to promise. I just called her today she claims that she did send me the documents but, nothing came through on that day. A great thing is I do not even need credit in the 1st place. Cause I believe debt to be another form of slavery. This woman since the begining has been giving me nothing but grief.

I don't think these people have any telephones. I have called a few times regarding my stepmoms estate,the receptionist tells me the lady working with the estate will phone me back that was 4 days ago. I am still waiting. I send them an e mail no response that was 3 days ago.

Debit Order Madness!!!
<p>I have a monthly debit order with the attorneys. My account is not in arrears. This month suddendly a double debit is processed. So now I phone them and they are like oh we are sorry there was a problem. You have to reverse it on the bank. Go onto the bank and surprise surprise their debit order cannot be reversed as it is not set up that way. So I phone the bank they cannot help over the phone. I phone the attorneys again. The lady is rude as can be and says oh were sorry we realise this might be the only money you have but you will have to wait for 30 days to get it back. So they take money without authorisation, then they tell you you have to basically beg for your own money back a month after you need it. What a joke and bad service!!!</p>
