Poor service from LAAGE SCHOEMAN AND STADLER INC

My wife and I are not happy with the service I am currently get or don't get from Laage Schoeman and Stadler Attorneys. My wife and I sold our home in Three Rivers Vereeniging and property was registered in the buyer's name two weeks ago. I know there is some legal payments that need to be deducted from the amount that they need to pay us and now we are struggling to get our money from them. We followed up with Marlize almost every day for two weeks and each time they say they are busy with it. My wife and I are fed-up with their excuses and lies. I even send an e-mail to Mr. Laage himself with no response. If I try to phone them, they don't answer the phone. I send them WhatsApp's but no feedback. This is not acceptable. My next step is a complaint on Law Society.
