I have 2 Retirement annuities with momentum, since October last year I have been communicating with Momentum, to transfer my retirement annuities over to EasyEquities, I have done my due diligence with regards to the applications and filling in the forms, now only 1 RA was transferred and the other was left behind. Now it's February when I call to follow up on this matter they claim that this was done by 1 department and that they are another department. Please tell me how am I as a client to know this, and they can't tell me that they did not see that Its 2 RA's on the form. Please help hello Peter as I am made to fill in the forms from scratch which, I feel is unfair towards me.
Case No: 06539985. I made a payment to my business partner. To make a payment to Mr Morake. She made a payment on the 17 January 2026. payment of R1500.00 + R100. My business partner made payment via her capital app. This transaction was capitec to capitec payment. The person who was being paid did not deliver the service as agreed upon between him and our business. The following Monday we went to capitec Sasolburg bulevard to reverse the transaction. Kwazi was the guy that helped us at capitec bank. He was reluctant to help us and turned us away saying that he could not be able to help us. We went onto another capitec branch in Sasolburg, Daniel was the guy that helped us there. He made a call and told us that the funds would be reversed within 7 days. Now the 7 days passed we went again to see Daniel. He now told us that the matter was then escalated to ***** department. We were never told prior to this. We were expecting the funds to be reversed and so that everyone could be happy. But he told us that we could not be helped. I am concerned that we are never going to get our funds back. I was on AECI medical aid, I went to Mondia wellness in Vereeniging. I was admitted on the beginning of 06 October 2025, Stayed there till 30 October 2025. The problem I have is that the hospital is claiming that the medical aid did not pay them, whereas the medical aid has sent me a statement showing that the hospital has been paid in full. This morning I had a call from Zelda Rathbone. I have forwarded her a proof of payment from medical aid side. It still looks like there is an issue. Please help.
I am currently a student at Regenesys Sandton branch, I have requested a refund on they had promised me a repayment last week Tuesday 2 December 2025. So far nothing has been paid back to me. I called them a several times. Even today in the morning, but was put on an endless hold over the phone.
My previous tax returns that were available in Sars website have been removed(previous years), and the new branch that they have opened up in Bedworth park, we stand on long queues and we end up being so frustrated and they close even before their work hours. I went and stood in long queues for 5 days just to update 2 textboxes. my question is why is their technology making our lives difficult instead of easier.

I have been having Retirement Annuity Option with momentum now for a couple of years PP029656804, for this whole period I have never had received anything with regards to my Taxes, I have recently had a new FA(Financial Advisor), now instead they opened yet another Retirement Annuity Option 01011143321 please help or assist with this issue.
Earlier today here at Sasolburg, on FNB atm. I was trying to transfer funds in my Fnb account. There this is where all the trouble started. I transferred funds into my fnb bank, I did have a feeling in the back of my head that there was some thing wrong. I suspect that these bank individuals are working together.(Organised Crime). There was also a white GTI with a guy sitting in the car not moving with his head bent at all times HWH 687 FS. I took his number plate and pic. The arms were behaving in an abnormal way, I could not be able to withdraw on one atm. the security Guard was also there. Now I panicked and uninstalled my Discover Bank app. Tried re-installing it but I could not remember my login creds. Please can somebody help. cause this app is acting erratically. As I could not be able to change my passwords by myself. I also tried calling, but the options does not allow us to communicate directly with an operator, in case of emergency.
I have a couple of investments with momentum, on the 28 August 2025, I submitted a cancellation of 2 of my endowment policies. 01011143488 and 01010046411. I sent the required documentation. Only 1 policy was able to pay out and the other one, still today has not been paid. Please assist with this matter, as I had already launched a complaint with their department and nothing has happened so far.
