I was on AECI medical aid, I went to Mondia wellness in Vereeniging. I was admitted on the beginning of 06 October 2025, Stayed there till 30 October 2025. The problem I have is that the hospital is claiming that the medical aid did not pay them, whereas the medical aid has sent me a statement showing that the hospital has been paid in full. This morning I had a call from Zelda Rathbone. I have forwarded her a proof of payment from medical aid side. It still looks like there is an issue. Please help.

I'd like to commend Annemarie, a service consultant for good service. My claim was rejected due to the practice being suspended due to having outstanding fees with the BHS. She made sure to stay on top of my case to ensure my claim was processed as soon as the practice made payment and the suspension was lifted. She made sure to call when she said she would.

Aeci end of the year they don't want to pay claims. I took my daughter for immunization which cost 2020 my claim was rejected, I was offered 250 only. I pay every month, the nerve of them. Immunization it's scheduled that every child has to take. I called on the 13th of dec asking why my claim was rejected & why the 250 is going to the health care. I was told that my fund are debilitated & I should provide proof that I paid. I always pay the health care & I get reimbursed on my account why is it different this time no answer. I was promised that they will look @ get back to me. I called again on 22 Dec, waiting feed back still nothing. I ask them to call me back & I'm told that the supervisor has to authorize for call back. I'm tired next meeting @ work on medical aid, I'm attending tired of them.

I paid cash for a covid 19 test and then submitted a claim to my medical aid to pay me back now that process took so long they kept sending back and forth and to where I should send my claim documents and saying that I had no membership number on my email which I did I eventual was able to sent the documents after a long process its been three weeks now and no one got back to me about my claim , I called universal last week to ask and they said that the tariff code on my invoice was incorrect my question was had I not called who would have told me about this it seems that no one cares to help us there , the lady I spoke to said they will send an email to tell me what to do since the tariff code was wrong I never got that email and even when i want to send that tariff code I don't know where to send it because they will keep sending me back and forth , I think they don't want to pay ,but this is really unfair as i used my cash knowing that it will be reimbursed CRMREF: 2021-2-**********. <p>I have recenly requested , on behalf of an estate which I am administrating, from AECI , the IT3A's from them to complete the tax returns. </p> <p> </p> <p>This was a few weeks back, I have not recieved a reply. When I followed up I received a reply from an email address ********** saying that they will attend to this.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned again today and the lady who I was dealing with , after much arguing, just put me on hold.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am at my wits end as I just want to simply get these basic documents. I have had no response and when I ask the employees they have no idea what I am talking about.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is very poor customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just need some help!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Ivan Talbot</p>
