Super super bad service. Made a booking with them for a stay at a hotel. Made the payment. Got a mail that every thing is in order with conformation and pin number. Couple of hours later got another mail from them that the booking could not be confirmed. Phoned the hotel wich confirmed the booking but said no paymet has been made by booking.com. Phoned them spoke to a lady who again confirmed every thing, told me that no such email has been send from their side that the booking could not be confirmed and assured me payment will be made to the hotel and that she spoke to the front desk who confirmed our booking. Now today I phoned the hotel again to confirm every thing is in order and they said that payment still was not ****. Called booking.com again spoke to another agent who said the booking was confirmed but no payment was made by me, altgough i have prove of payment from them. Told me i must pay at the hotel and he cant tell me where my money went.....

Pay account every moth. Had to stop debit order Because my pay day date has chengesd. Let them know that I will EFT but ot it will be late. Payed on the date I said i would and did so every month after that but still my line got suspended because of non payment yet there is not one month i did not pay, so where did my installment go to that I paid. Shared with them thw proof of payment as they asked but still they argue that i am behind.
