Pay account every moth. Had to stop debit order Because my pay day date has chengesd. Let them know that I will EFT but ot it will be late. Payed on the date I said i would and did so every month after that but still my line got suspended because of non payment yet there is not one month i did not pay, so where did my installment go to that I paid. Shared with them thw proof of payment as they asked but still they argue that i am behind.

For a company that is taking alot of peoples money regarding internet service provider, they must be the worst in Limpopo Province, they have more downtime than uptime, you pay for a 20mbps fibre line but when you have internet it only gives 4mbps. Even on their Wireless deals they are off just as much, why pay for a full service if you go days without internet or in the night when you are asleep. Rather work the package out per day and the day that you dont have internet, you dont pay for that day, but would rather just suggest to get another service provider. Called the tech and they came and tested the router and everything and all is good, problem is on their side. Will not recommend MEGS.

They have installed a server room which is not backed up by UPS/Generator since April 2022. I have been in contact since May 2022, promises made and not met, not even feedback. I work from home and have my own UPS, but still have connections cuts as soon as load shedding hits. Which internet provider has a server room not backed up, in SA with all power cuts & load shedding
