They sold me a car that didn't even drive a week, had problems within 2 days and then a week later had other major problems. They refused to pay refund, take the car back of pay workshop for the quotation.
iGrow Group very unreliable, their rental department is very unprofessional, their management of building is bad and they keep debiting your account even after you didn’t renew your lease.
Worst customer experience ever, you don’t renew your lease with them and they still go ahead and debit your account for rent, while you moved out of their apartment, no emails correspondence whatsoever!
Dstv now has been down for a while now and also the site.
They have installed a server room which is not backed up by UPS/Generator since April 2022. I have been in contact since May 2022, promises made and not met, not even feedback. I work from home and have my own UPS, but still have connections cuts as soon as load shedding hits. Which internet provider has a server room not backed up, in SA with all power cuts & load shedding
I've waited over a month for them to install a UPS/Generator for their server, in 22nd century who installs a server with back up UPS or generator.
You keep debiting my account without my consent I thought rain didn't have contracts or debit order me I'm supposed to buy data as abs when I need? The connection is bad, network always down, I can't rely hence I stopped using it.
I had inquired to study, unfortunately I could not make the cut off in terms of paying the initial fee, that secured my space. I then update the agent on that, I then saw a request through my bank for a Debit Order, which I declined. To my surprise the company still went ahead and debited my account this morning. This is a serious breach of personal account, I'm disgusted by this. Honestly, I feel robbed of my hard earned money.
After I sent numerous emails and tried calling a couple times. I was not assisted, I then published a review on hellopeter I was immediately attend to as expected, of course that's what it takes for them to take customer seriously. I thought the worse was over and my matter will be sorted and that my money would be paid back. To my surprise early this month I received an email saying that my all my packages I took were canceled and that I had to pay almost R3000 to cancel my contract. All I ever wanted was to upgrade from Beame to MX2, what I got was double debit fro both packages, when I complained and enquired in December I was promised I would be sorted and that the Beamie would be canceled, and money would be paid back. Now the MX2 is canceled and I owe them money. WHAT A COMPANY AND WHAT A SERVICE!!!!
