I paid cash for a covid 19 test and then submitted a claim to my medical aid to pay me back now that process took so long they kept sending back and forth and to where I should send my claim documents and saying that I had no membership number on my email which I did I eventual was able to sent the documents after a long process its been three weeks now and no one got back to me about my claim , I called universal last week to ask and they said that the tariff code on my invoice was incorrect my question was had I not called who would have told me about this it seems that no one cares to help us there , the lady I spoke to said they will send an email to tell me what to do since the tariff code was wrong I never got that email and even when i want to send that tariff code I don't know where to send it because they will keep sending me back and forth , I think they don't want to pay ,but this is really unfair as i used my cash knowing that it will be reimbursed
I have spoken to these people so many times about the same thing I don't know what to to anymore
