I received an sms saying that my parcel was on the way when i did not place an order i then called and asked the consultant how this happened she said they used an app by sending an sms to place an order i said which number did they use because that would confirm that , that was not my number that they used she then said they cant see the number they can only see that the oerder was placed using the app . This is not the first time this has happened on my account you would think home chome will learn from these things i want that order cancelled this is Very bad service from home choice
I paid cash for a covid 19 test and then submitted a claim to my medical aid to pay me back now that process took so long they kept sending back and forth and to where I should send my claim documents and saying that I had no membership number on my email which I did I eventual was able to sent the documents after a long process its been three weeks now and no one got back to me about my claim , I called universal last week to ask and they said that the tariff code on my invoice was incorrect my question was had I not called who would have told me about this it seems that no one cares to help us there , the lady I spoke to said they will send an email to tell me what to do since the tariff code was wrong I never got that email and even when i want to send that tariff code I don't know where to send it because they will keep sending me back and forth , I think they don't want to pay ,but this is really unfair as i used my cash knowing that it will be reimbursed CRMREF: 2021-2-**********. I would to give a huge thank you to qhamkile mabaso the nedbank consultant at cashbuild tembisa plaza , she was very helpful and went the extra mile to give much needed advise very professional and friendly.
I called capitec to enquire about my credit facility account because a huge amount was debited form my account i was transferred form one agent to the other 7 times and still did not get any assistance. the last 7th agent kept on saying he cannot hear me so he dropped the call I didn't get the mane am so frustrated right now with capitec my next step is to change the bank.
After my last review nobody form home choice called me to enquire about my issue and they only call to sell me something and i got a call again form the courier about the order that i have cancelled a long time ago and today they sending me an SMS telling they going to bill me R870 for not returning the gift for invoice #20057220 now my question why would i have the gift when I didn't even receive anything because I cancelled ,my wish now is to never but anything with home choice again Bad service i regret ever buying anything from this company Ever!
I made a purchase with home choice for a stove that came with a free microwave and the order took longer to be delivered and then a consultant form home choice called me and told me they don't have the microwave in stock and they going to give me something else instead I bought the stove because they said you get a free microwave and then told the the gut to cancel the order since they don't have what i ordered initially now the invoice is reflecting on my statement and i called them several time to say they must cancel the order but they did not ,thyme telling that the order was already dispatched how can they dispatch some thing that is wrong because that was not what we agreed on , now they telling me they waiting for the goods to arrive at home choice before they can cancel the order ....BAD SERVICE
I placed an order for blankets with home choice and i received an sms to say my good have been dispatched for delivery PFS: 58838182 but still i did not receive anything from them sent an email and they said they will investigate with Ref :771226 but i didn't receive any feedback from them.. Poor service by homechoice am so disappointed..
