Damaged my furniture and ignoring my messages! They deserve no star, I paid them to move my furniture from Rustenburg to KZN. Paid them full only for them to damage my furniture and ignore all my emails and Whatsapp. They cant handle long distance moves, they're trucks are old and can't climb steep hills to deliver directly to your doorstep.
I was recruited into joining clientele pecks i was told to trial if i do want i can cancel anytime. I canceled mid december & month end my account was debited, i email another cancelation again January it was debited. What clientele is doing is ********, contact numbers are always not availabe to take calls. What more should i do please advise.
Aeci end of the year they don't want to pay claims. I took my daughter for immunization which cost 2020 my claim was rejected, I was offered 250 only. I pay every month, the nerve of them. Immunization it's scheduled that every child has to take. I called on the 13th of dec asking why my claim was rejected & why the 250 is going to the health care. I was told that my fund are debilitated & I should provide proof that I paid. I always pay the health care & I get reimbursed on my account why is it different this time no answer. I was promised that they will look @ get back to me. I called again on 22 Dec, waiting feed back still nothing. I ask them to call me back & I'm told that the supervisor has to authorize for call back. I'm tired next meeting @ work on medical aid, I'm attending tired of them.

My Sim card is blocked, I don't understand why? I've logged a case since August still pending. I call almost every day but now my sum is logged can't call. I even send an email to some manager mkizSP@telkom.co.za no respond. I hope I'll get help I'm sick of telkom

<p>My mother was lay off work in august 2014. She been waiting for nbc to pay her ,she was a cleaner for forever but one thing she wanted was for us to go to school. I can't because she been promised that she will get paid almost every month since 2016 January. Call centre always busy it's finishes all your airtime, head office can't help her always transfer her calls to call centre. I don't know what to do anymore she's stressed a lot and I'm disappointed a lot just because she was a cleaner she not taken serious. </p>
<p>I went to fnb at Festival mall in kempton park to get a credit card. I was put on a phone to talk with credit card department. I told them i wanted to down grade from platinum to gold credit card and i was told its best if i also down grade my cheque account to get benefits. I agreed not knowing of any charges. my cheque account was down graded same day 12 october 2016 and i eas charged #value added fees 29.85, #monthly account fee #106.15, # monthly O/D fee 30.4 and Int on Debit balance 25.59. When i called to complain i was told it fee for down grading which i was not told about it and to think about i just wanted to down grade my credit card oly so i was told i will benefit. september 26 i was also charge on my platium account so i paid FNB 539.92 just for one account. I so sad and broke.</p> <p> </p>
