IAM furious you know, I was there when my HR signed my provident fund and they even confirmed my last contribution date with me. NBC got my claim forms on the 6 so we almost 3 weeks full and only last week after I was the one checking for communication with no reply, they say now my last date of contribution is wrong. I went to their office to give them my payslips to see and they said no even in an email that they will contact my HR darling that was last week Friday morning but can I tell you that my HR hasn't been contacted yet, which means my process is standing still now waiting for whoever to do it when they want again. Tell me if on the 3rd week when will it get to SARS?? How will they make sure my money is with me within that 6 weeks they told me about?? Ohh if theres one thing I won't do is give us, we work very hard for these money and we are unemployed for goodness sake we depend on that money for rent and food why must NBC always be the bad fund company yhooo I'm angry

At this point I have submitted a lot of reviews this site might even ban me from submitting another review. It’s been a year and half now since we’ve been waiting for the payout of our deceased Mother and its endless promises after endless promises. There was an error that occurred with the calculations at they paid us less than what they were supposed to pay us now I have concluded that there is foul play cause how do you deal with cases like this and still make errors? Till this day we have not received proper feedback and when the pay out is going to be made. What’s funny is that the employees of this company are too focused on how you conduct your review and nothing else, work? That’s not their problem. I can’t really comprehend or even fathom as to why this financial service provider is still operating and why companies are working with them because it’s a high risk investment because you invest but honestly it’s a donation you’re making to NBC because waiting this long is unacceptable. Sad my mother worked for so many years and it was all in vain. No company should work with this financial service provider if you want to get what you have put in. To those who received what’s theirs good for you I guess I’m one of the unlucky ones.

At this point I have submitted a lot of reviews this site might even ban me from submitting another review. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I have been trying to claim my pension fund benefits for 4 and a half months, and the level of delay and poor service has been unacceptable. I have followed up every single week, only to be told the same thing over and over again: “next week.” Week after week, it’s the same empty promise with no actual progress or clear explanation. This process has been incredibly stressful and frustrating, especially when dealing with money that rightfully belongs to me. The complete lack of urgency, accountability, and transparent communication is shocking. Being continuously strung along with delays and vague responses makes it feel like no one actually cares about resolving the issue. I understand that administrative processes can take time, but 4 and a half months of constant excuses is unacceptable. If there are issues, communicate them honestly instead of repeatedly making promises that are never kept. At this point, I am beyond frustrated and deeply disappointed. Based on this experience, I would strongly warn others to think twice before expecting efficient or professional service here.
