IAM furious you know, I was there when my HR signed my provident fund and they even confirmed my last contribution date with me. NBC got my claim forms on the 6 so we almost 3 weeks full and only last week after I was the one checking for communication with no reply, they say now my last date of contribution is wrong. I went to their office to give them my payslips to see and they said no even in an email that they will contact my HR darling that was last week Friday morning but can I tell you that my HR hasn't been contacted yet, which means my process is standing still now waiting for whoever to do it when they want again. Tell me if on the 3rd week when will it get to SARS?? How will they make sure my money is with me within that 6 weeks they told me about?? Ohh if theres one thing I won't do is give us, we work very hard for these money and we are unemployed for goodness sake we depend on that money for rent and food why must NBC always be the bad fund company yhooo I'm angry
Multichoice does *****!! We checked our balance and it showed an amount of R557 then we immediately paid but noticed that the dstv is still disconnect and I immediately contacted them. They busy telling me I must pay an extra R479 that we had an overdue of R400 and something and my question is why were we not shown the whole amount if that's the case?? I mean this is not the first time we take a break from paying dstv we always do and at no point we had overdue payments I mean for what?? The dstv is disconnected anyways, the most annoying part is the part that they showed us that R558 and then after paying they telling us to add more why??? Is there no law that says you pay for the price you were shown?? How do I go about this??
