nbc slow to barely running company
as usual see other funds and institutes payout fast and effortless.why nbc system so slow/site barely works,call back on ask and other site never work,facebook page is of no use suggest move your profession over to eskom where we expect nothing,even if customers call you for 50 min our own airtime you as nbc drop the call,claims made 2nd march not single email call sms cant even check under claim status on site,can jus get containers and work in the street itl be better

aug 15 till to date not single agent has resolved issue or called me
useless team leader and supervisor gt pending ticket luck7 winning not resulted or my money played with since 16 august till now today new agent said escalate it hve wait 24-48 hours after waited since last month 16 ref 17808093 ( nathan breytenbach and zamani radebe team leader and supervisor both useless and don't have work work ethics escalations since 16 august till today still not resolved)just want mke clear your service are worse than eskom

nedbank is worse bank in sa
nedbank and hon fee 2weeks and many other times money app provided by nedbank which by way sucks shows funds are available i chat to agent telling them funds are in via chat feature he says yes i do imali withdraw and 2 days later hon fee 90 rand 2weeks in row same **** either s**** that **** money app or tell ppl they cant withdraw money as soon as it in nedbanak sucks people most ****piest expensive bank ever

poor service call centre when call wait 30 min,imali is **** i get charged 10 rand then 14 rand when using it,besdie when send 1000 rand through imali they deduct 10 rand already beside bank charges on imali so paying twice for ****py product of nedbank,used social media team as cant use airtime all time and facebook repsonse is non voice platform i must kindly call in self.got call from personal loan department asked them call me after work 2 clock no callfrom them and when sumbit call back nothing ,in all nedbank is **** bank highest charges and bank fees
