Poor Service

<p>I have recenly requested , on behalf of an estate which I am administrating, from AECI , the IT3A's from them to complete the tax returns. </p> <p> </p> <p>This was a few weeks back, I have not recieved a reply. When I followed up I received a reply from an email address ********** saying that they will attend to this.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned again today and the lady who I was dealing with , after much arguing, just put me on hold.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am at my wits end as I just want to simply get these basic documents. I have had no response and when I ask the employees they have no idea what I am talking about.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is very poor customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just need some help!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Ivan Talbot</p>
