Poor Service
<p>I have recenly requested , on behalf of an estate which I am administrating, from AECI , the IT3A's from them to complete the tax returns. </p> <p> </p> <p>This was a few weeks back, I have not recieved a reply. When I followed up I received a reply from an email address ********** saying that they will attend to this.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned again today and the lady who I was dealing with , after much arguing, just put me on hold.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am at my wits end as I just want to simply get these basic documents. I have had no response and when I ask the employees they have no idea what I am talking about.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is very poor customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just need some help!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Ivan Talbot</p>

Total Frustration
Dear Sirs,<br> <br> I am acting for a Deceased Estate whereby the deceased estate was owed money by the GEPF.<br> <br> We obtained a Court Order in 2014 which we served on them and still today nothing.<br> <br> We received one letter and we replied yet still nothing. <br> <br> The estate is totally reliant on this money , yet , nothing.<br> <br> Before approaching the Courts again for a Mandamus Order, I have to exhaust other avenues.<br> <br> Please can someone please get back to me.<br> <br> I am at my wits end!!<br> <br> Ivan<br>

GPAA's Legal Department Just dont respond!!
My Name is Ivan Talbot. I am involved in a case whereby the GPAA is very much involved. We require an urgent response from the Legal Department. We have sent countless emails to them . In fact, my secretary has sent them over 20 emails in the last week yet they failed to reply. We don't even get a response to say that they have acknowledged our letter. We have a matter in the High Court on the 21st of April 2016 and if we don't not get a response from them, which is a report that not only we have requested, but our client's as well, they matter will have to adjourned which is entail my clients to pay massive costs. We are considering bring an application against the GPAA to get the report that we want, out of the High Court, due to the total incompetence and lack of communication. They are such an important Government Department, yet they treat the public like dirt. My matter pertains to MR.B.Sosibo - ID : 5302075824081. May someone who is competent please help me or I will have to sue them!!!!! I am sick and tired of this.
