A BUNCH OF INCAPABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. THESE GUYS HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICES MEAN. NO DIRECTION OR LEADERSHIP TO MANAGE PROJECTS. THEY HAVE WEB DESIGNERS THAT ARE LUNATIC. DUPLICATES DETAILS, SPELLING AND GRAMMAR ERRORS AND MADE TO RESEND INFORMATION ALL THE TIME. THEY HAVE GRUMPY ESRAY NAIDOO AND RIDICULOUS ATTIE WHO DONT HAVE AN IDEA OF WHAT A SERVICE IS. WEBSITE HAS BEEN LIVE, NOT UPDATED ACCORDING TO OUR REQUIREMENTS AND HAD TO CHANGE DESIGN, CUT SOME OF THE DETAILS TO GET THE WEBSITE FINALISED. AFTER MORE THAN 3 MONTHS THE SITE IS STILL NOT COMPLETE. NO COMMUNICATION, NO CHECK IN SESSION ORGANIZED TO GO THROUGH THE SITE AND IMPLIMENTATION OF CHANGES. THESE NONSENSE DO NO DESERVE EVEN THE RED STAR, THEY ARE DOING A RUBBISH JOB. WE HAVE LOST REVENUE, POTENTIAL BUSINESS FOR A WEBSITE THAT WAS PAID IN FULL MONTHS AGO.
Financial Regulator should look onto the processes and conduct of the Ikhokha business operation. I bought their payment device from takealot. contacted them to have the account profile opened and link the device to the business account. Sent them all the required documentation as per FICA requirements. The profile and documents were approved and device linked to the bank account. I received email correspondences in that regard. I conducted 4 transaction on device to see if this was done successfully before I can utilise the machine/ device to customers. to my surprise the transaction funds are not deposited to my business bank account. I then contacted them and the unknowing, in competed consultant referred the matter to FICA department and the response was this: The funds are not deposited because they require a Professional Driving Permit (PDP) under a business name in order to release the funds to my account. My question was what PDP for? and which PDP? Why now they need a PDP? why this information was not included on the sign up process? how PDP has too do with business operation?. My funds are withheld with lame, unqualified excuse. Business conduct for financial institutions/ credit providers is important. Their processes must be regulated and clearly articulated for customers. They can't open a profiled when they need to pay the funds to my account, have excuses. Its a bogus operation that prey on unaware individuals who are not clued up on financial processes etc. The money that was transacted on the device is not for ikhokha, it belongs to me and to the business linked on profile. its a disgrace, disingenuous and very questionable process from my business perspective.
This is a fraudulent design company, only one person operating this in corner, garage in Hendrina, Mpumalanga. The intention is to lure people into deposit funds on the account and no job will be done. so many people have their monies deposited and never received the final product. Thulane Mabaso is the guy behind the scheme or fraudulent activity. We paid him an amount and his number is off and just disappeared without trace. be careful
a minute ago I visited Amigo Fisheries outlet in Vantage Mall, purchased a HAKE PARCEL it include HAKE fish and chips. Upon my arrival at home, I realized that they only provided me with chips, No Fish. I then drove back to the store to report the mistake. To my surprise, I was attended by unprofessional, rude and extremely arrogant staff members, who were very disrespectful and Inconsiderate. They uttered racial and humiliating words. I then reminded them to look at the footage, to see if I was given the right order and I wouldn't drive all the way from home (more than 13 k)m) just to complain about a fish that was given to me. The parcel handler mistakenly gave me a wrong parcel, which is not the one I ordered. I have never received any apology instead they were making a terrible noise in front of other patrons. I then ordered them to apologize. Well a little friendly teller, prepared my order but the parcel was less chips and she chose the smallest fish every. I'm not a regular client at Amigo but it's not my first time with them and every time I get there I was attended in the presence of a white man who always optimal and friendlier to customers. Terrible experience and I didn't even enjoy my fish.
