Disgrace of a service
Amigos fisheries Ottery Mall - one of the most awful experiences yet Waited 10 mins for assistance, got to the cashier (not even being helped - mind you), told the manager I waited and no one helped whilst there were two ladies just staring me in the face expecting me come inside and cook my own food. Anyways, told the manager - one of staff ended up making bad remarks about me not waiting, mind you I waited 10 mins Just to make my order. She became sarcastic whilst having a conversation with her colleague. The manager told me they were were waiting on the chips but when he asked his staff if there was, they said yes. So who's lying here. Pathetic, unkind. They probably spat in my food too.

AMIGO'S Lacking Customer service standards
At AMIGOS FISHERIES in Vangate Mall, the guy who literally ignored me when i was craving for a fish while i was standing on the line started to chatt with his lady employees, at least i was expecting him to apologize that he needed to quickly attend on something, I was standing infront of him as if there i was nothing.

At AMIGOS FISHERIES in Vangate Mall, the guy who literally ignored me when i was craving for a fish while i was standing on the line started to chatt with his lady employees, at least i was expecting him to apologize that he needed to quickly attend on something, I was standing infront of him as if there i was nothing.

Terrible, bad service from Amigo fisheries in vantage mall
a minute ago I visited Amigo Fisheries outlet in Vantage Mall, purchased a HAKE PARCEL it include HAKE fish and chips. Upon my arrival at home, I realized that they only provided me with chips, No Fish. I then drove back to the store to report the mistake. To my surprise, I was attended by unprofessional, rude and extremely arrogant staff members, who were very disrespectful and Inconsiderate. They uttered racial and humiliating words. I then reminded them to look at the footage, to see if I was given the right order and I wouldn't drive all the way from home (more than 13 k)m) just to complain about a fish that was given to me. The parcel handler mistakenly gave me a wrong parcel, which is not the one I ordered. I have never received any apology instead they were making a terrible noise in front of other patrons. I then ordered them to apologize. Well a little friendly teller, prepared my order but the parcel was less chips and she chose the smallest fish every. I'm not a regular client at Amigo but it's not my first time with them and every time I get there I was attended in the presence of a white man who always optimal and friendlier to customers. Terrible experience and I didn't even enjoy my fish.
