Disgrace of a service

Amigos fisheries Ottery Mall - one of the most awful experiences yet Waited 10 mins for assistance, got to the cashier (not even being helped - mind you), told the manager I waited and no one helped whilst there were two ladies just staring me in the face expecting me come inside and cook my own food.

Anyways, told the manager - one of staff ended up making bad remarks about me not waiting, mind you I waited 10 mins Just to make my order. She became sarcastic whilst having a conversation with her colleague. The manager told me they were were waiting on the chips but when he asked his staff if there was, they said yes. So who's lying here. Pathetic, unkind. They probably spat in my food too.
