Rental Agent, Friend or Foe

The rental agency has a lack of communication. They are very disorganised and not responsive to complaints. Took months to respond to leaking pipes in walls and then no feedback. Then taking months after notice and moving out to refund full deposit, still no feedback.

Would not reccomend anybody to use this rental agengy.
