Sister being very rude, uncultured

The sister on duty was very inappropriate towards my gf after only telling me what happen after arriving home, because she knew I would of gotten upset and would put that lady in her place, she went to get her tablets one day before time because we wouldnt of been able to come tomorrow and she had given my gf a rude lecture, this lady has no manners or respect, you don't speak to adults in such a manner. You better get your staff sorted very rude sister, probably because she is racist person and thought she could take advantage of such matter.
