Terrible service

From when I placed my order and I received the tracking No: *** a courier did not contact me once.

The parcel was returned twice due to “incorrect address” .

It appears I don’t even know where I live! ( The address is and have been correct since I placed the order)

The courier did not contact me once to check if I am at home or request a pin location.

But returned the item to the warehouse after the3rd "failed" delivery attempt.

I would be surprised if there was even a delivery attempt.

There is also no contact telephone number I could find..

I wonder how long it will take for me to be refunded.....
