Bad service
Ordered from Mr price but I still haven't recieved any feedback and contacting Mr price is even worse! Both companies are useless! There is no actual phone number for M24, I tried calling all the numbers that came up when i googled it, and nobody answers or it says it doesn't exist.

Bad service

Never use M24 LOGISTICS or order online from any business that does
I am beyond angry with M24 Logistics. I placed an order over a week ago, expecting a 3-5 day delivery. They claimed they tried to reach me, but there was zero contact, no calls, texts, or emails. Completely unacceptable. But what’s even worse is that Mr. Price still uses this courier despite so many complaints. I’m not the first person to have this nightmare experience, and it’s insane that they continue working with them. I blame Mr. Price for allowing this to happen, and I strongly advise everyone not to use Mr. Price or any business that relies on M24 Logistics. This is beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional.

I am beyond angry with M24 Logistics. I placed an order over a week ago, expecting a 3-5 day delivery. They claimed they tried to reach me, but there was zero contact, no calls, texts, or emails. Completely unacceptable. But what’s even worse is that Mr. Price still uses this courier despite so many complaints. I’m not the first person to have this nightmare experience, and it’s insane that they continue working with them. I blame Mr. Price for allowing this to happen, and I strongly advise everyone not to use Mr. Price or any business that relies on M24 Logistics. Terrible service
From when I placed my order and I received the tracking No: *** a courier did not contact me once. The parcel was returned twice due to “incorrect address” . It appears I don’t even know where I live! ( The address is and have been correct since I placed the order) The courier did not contact me once to check if I am at home or request a pin location. But returned the item to the warehouse after the3rd "failed" delivery attempt. I would be surprised if there was even a delivery attempt. There is also no contact telephone number I could find.. I wonder how long it will take for me to be refunded.....

What a sh*t hole of a company. Poor service, poor communication, gross incompetence and late delivery. I paid a higher delivery fee on my Woolworth order to be delivered a day after and this disappointment of a company did not deliver on said date. No calls or any sort of communication explaining the reasons for this. I have no idea why Woolworths or any other company uses their services. It’s shocking that they’ve remained in business for this long. I will never order online from any store that uses this sham of a company as their courier. They need to get their act together!!!! If only it was possible to give zero stars on these reviews.

Worst Courier Company
If it were possible to give no stars, that is what I would have rated this company. I ordered from Mr Price Home and unfortunately, they use this service provider. This is the worst courier service I have ever had to deal with. I hope companies that are affiliated with this provider cancels their agreements. They are absolutely useless and their online platform is absolutely dysfunctional. I ordered from Mr Price home and obviously entered my address, where I want my order to be delivered, I log into this portal and someone captures incorrect address?? How would you know. Seriously, I would rather go in store and purchase items than order online and have the courier service be M24 Logistics!

If it were possible to give no stars, that is what I would have rated this company. I ordered from Mr Price Home and unfortunately, they use this service provider. I have been waiting for my order since yesterday (9 March) , they told me it will be delivered today but when I check on their website there is no delivery scheduled it shows that the delivery date is 23rd of March. I need my order.
