If it were possible to give no stars, that is what I would have rated this company. I ordered from Mr Price Home and unfortunately, they use this service provider. This is the worst courier service I have ever had to deal with. I hope companies that are affiliated with this provider cancels their agreements. They are absolutely useless and their online platform is absolutely dysfunctional. I ordered from Mr Price home and obviously entered my address, where I want my order to be delivered, I log into this portal and someone captures incorrect address?? How would you know. Seriously, I would rather go in store and purchase items than order online and have the courier service be M24 Logistics!
Horrible service. You will go back and forth with them 100 times, they will tell you to pay a certain amount, you pay them and then they tell you that your script is outdated. After 2 weeks of the back-and-forth communication you will have no medication, but they have taken your money.
I have never received such terrible service from a company ever! I am being charged excessively for "Event Billing" something I have never used and never signed up for. I have tried contacting customer support numerous times with each consultant giving me a different answer, as well as cancelling this service a 100 times yet still seeing it on my bill every month. Can someone from Telkom help!!
I recently went to a Typo store and I felt that the employees were extremely rude. To the point where I just wanted to leave the store. There was an employee who did not acknowledge when I was trying to pay for the items and was on her phone and only acknowledged me once I greeted her. Very disappointing.. will definitely shop online rather than going in store
If I could give 0 stars I would. I recently was assisting my neighbor with an issue where they received an account from Sanral that did not belong to them. The number plate of the other vehicle, was the same as their trailer. This is Sanral's mistake. When escalating the issue, there is no number to contact. They were sent form after form every day, had to go to the toll-gates a few times, the police station for affidavits and could still not resolve the issue. My neighbors nephew, went to the head office in Pretoria 3 time to try and resolve this issue. This issue that apparently did not belong to them was over R20 000. This is ridiculous to be reminded about a debt that does not belong to you. The incompetence is disgusting!!
I placed an order with Incredible Connection - which uses Skynet couriers. I placed this order in December and received an sms that my order would be delivered on the 24/12/21. I have called twice and check the tracking of the parcel everyday. To no avail. If I do not receive my order this week, I will escalate to Incredible Connection and demand a refund.
Pathetic service. My partner and I met in an accident 5th December. We claimed on the 6th. We received no communication and had to keep calling Budget Insurance. We finally had a consultant and then stopped hearing from him all of a sudden. When we called Budget Insurance again, we were told that said consultant has been on Sick Leave. How is that our problem? There should be back up's in place. Today is the 5th of January and our car still sits in our garage in the same condition it was a month ago. Very disappointing. If there was an option for 0 stars, I would select it.
I am very disappointed with my recent encounter with Pharmacy Direct. Firstly I have to continuously remind them that I need a new box of my medication. Secondly even when you chat to them on the Whatsapp group they show little to no interest. I have now not taken my medication for 3 straight days due to their lack of interest. Once this script is up I will NEVER use them again.
