Saw this company on TikTok and took a chance to try them out. Service was AMAZING! They always responded to me quickly and got my console completed and back to be within 3days!! Will definitely recommend them and use them again! Thank you !!
Worse customer service I have ever come across!!! If I could give no stars I would! I canceled my contract with them after having to call 20 times to give my device moved to a new car. They finally gave me an amount to pay to cancel, I paid it in full! They are now still threatening me for the a monthly installment that was not cancelled on their systems! Every person that calls me tells me they see my payment and are not sure what the amount is for that they harassing me to pay!! If their own employees can’t explain it why should I pay it ???? I am at my wits end with this company! They are a bunch of useless and unhelpful idiots!
Our company banks with Standard Bank, I have sent my driver to deposit into our company account. He has been to the Fordsburg and Campus Square branch 3-4 times this week, they either closed or no accepting deposits anymore? Apparently if you are not at the standard bank branch before 11:00 you can no longer make deposits you will have to come back the next day?? Yet the branch is open until 15:30? The workers will leave you to stand in-line for hours before informing you that they are no longer accepting deposits! They have no regard for their customers time!
I’ve been trying to get hold of their customer service center waited for 10 mins with no answer?! They sent me an email this morning canceling my account with no cancellation request from my side! Last month they charged me almost double with no explanation as to why the debited amount was double I’ve been calling and emailing with no response!! Tracker in my car is very important to me and yet this company takes my requests so lightly with no care to follow up with me and inform me as to what the hell is going on?!
My issue wasn’t with their service of getting me a new device after mine had broke, my issue was with the lack of feedback with getting my phone delivered to me. Yes I understood lockdown came into effect while I was waiting for my phone but the ban on delivering devices was lifted weeks ago yet still no waybill number was given to me nor any feedback! I had to keep emailing to remind the lady to check when my phone was going to be delivered! And until now still NOTHING....
<p>FNB CONNECT HAS ONCE AGAIN DEBITED ME FOR A SIM THAT IS NOT IS USE OR WAS EVER USED! I HAVE CALLED FNB CONNECT MORE THAN 6 TIMES THE PAST 2 MONTHS. EACH CALL CENTER AGENT TELLS ME THE SAME THING BUT NO ONE GETS ANYTHING DONE! I WAS PROMISED THAT I WILL GET A REFUND YET IM STILL WAITING. I CALLED LAST WEEK AND STREESED THAT I DID NOT GET A REFUND AND WAS CONCERNED THAT MY ACCOUNT WILL BE DEBITED AGAIN THIS MONTH. I JUST RECEIVE THE SAME RESPONSE "I WILL FORWARD YOUR REQUEST TO ADMIN AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A CALL" . </p> <p>I WAS ONCE AGAIN DEBITED AND NO ONE HAS CALLED! </p> <p>THIS IS HIGHLY FRUSTRATING , I'M DEFINITELY CONSIDERING CLOSING MY ACCOUNTS AND CANCELING MY SIM CARDS WITH FNB .</p> <p> </p> <p>FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER! </p>
