You are truly useless and pathetic, you have sent out technicians 4 times to repair the same elliptic exerciser, you don't have the correct spares, you keep fixing the same things that break. The last time I used the exerciser once and it was broken. What, do you wait for the warranty to expire to charge us rather than replace or refund us? I want a refund for the exerciser and the home gym 2.0 I bought months ago.

I had an issue with my Trojan spinning bike. I called them and advised that the pedals were making a noise and the there was a smell like something is getting burnt. They sent a technician out and I paid the call out fee. The next day when I tried working out, the pedals where still making a noise. I sent the consultant Sipho Chinga an email advising him of this. Though he did not respond to my email, but I got an sms saying that a fault has been logged and I would be receiving as call from the technician. The email was sent on the 11th of Jan, it's the 22nd of Jan and I'm still sitting with the same problem.

What pleasure dealing with the guys at M5. I purchased a second hand unit and as always, pieces were missing. Chandre and Felix went above and beyond assisting me get the parts needed for this task. Considering that this is not a new model and more than likely discontinued, I am utterly impressed with their service. Thanks guys

I logged a call two weeks ago for an engine that burned out on the Trojan TR5 (not even year and half old). When following up there was a delay in getting the ticket to the technicians. They simply say sorry wait another 2 weeks for call! So I am a month without my treadmill then?? Mmeli Khoza just keeps giving me the same robotic answer! Need this problem sorted asap!

Be warned. Trojan South Africa uses ******ion tactics when you need to repair your equipment. Buying and assembling a DIY Stride 500 is easy. Years later, as expected, wear and tear occurs. No problem: Contact Trojan, request the parts, pay and fix. Easy, right? Wrong! Trojan insists on you paying an additional technician fee of R600 for a bolt and nut that costs R300-R400. "Trojan, why would I need a technician for a DIY job on a machine out of warranty? Just waive the technician fee" "No, it's our process" A whole week of runaround from Mmeli Khoza. Do not buy Trojan fitness equipment.

I requested a quote from Trojan last year for a replacement belt on my exercise bike which they did send me but I could not get it at the time.I asked if the quote is still valid a few momths back and they said no so I asked for amended quote and are still waiting.I have emailed three times and send a WhatsApp.Seems like these people doesn't need the business

Appalling post sales service from Trojan South Africa. Not worth the price you pay for the treadmill at all. Unable to get someone to come service machine at home. Then when model is Upgraded, they stop offering ANY service at all. Note that treadmill is less than 7 years old. I would not recommend.

I have had numerous emails back and forward to Donnay sports equipment regarding the quality of their product which i purchased at Makro SA. The table tennis bats I purchased are all sealed when I purchased from Makro. All they can do is exchange for a new set. Always the same problem, inferior quality. I asked to speak to someone senior and was told that this was jot possible. What next???
